We love smoothies! This is an easy low-calorie drink that will keep you full for several hours. Not only is it healthy but has only around 310 calories!
- 1 ripe banana (we like to freeze ours ahead of time)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 ice cubes
Place items in a blender. Mix well and pour into a glass. Enjoy!
